Imagine A Day Without Water
On October 23, 2019, the Henry County Water Authority participated in our first Imagine a Day Without Water event. It was the fifth annual day of action hosted by the Value of Water Campaign. Imagine a Day Without Water is a national education campaign that raises awareness about the value of water and the need to invest in water and wastewater infrastructure by asking Americans to imagine a day without life's most essential resource.
The next Imagine a Day Without Water will be in October 2022!
Art Contest Competition - Students K-12th grades!
Imagine just one day without water...you couldn’t take a shower, flush the toilet, wash your clothes, brush your teeth, or wash your hands. You also couldn't cook your food, water your plants, drink water or provide water for your pets. Water is our liquid of life, without it, what would we do?
The Henry County Water Authority invites all Henry County students from grades K-12 to use their artistic creativity to show the importance of water conservation in a poster contest.
