To transfer water and sewer (if applicable) service, you may call (770) 957-6659 between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. All requests completed by 3:00PM will be processed the following business day.
Most applications can be completed over the phone. You are certainly welcome to come in person to our business office at 1695 Highway 20 West in McDonough and speak with a Customer Service Representative; however, it may be best to phone in first to find out if any additional documents are needed for verification of ID, such as social security number of account owner or tax ID.
Security deposits can be transferred from the previous account to a new account, providing all balances are paid. An additional deposit may be required depending on services provided.

Your water meter will be read the next day and a final bill will be mailed. Please make sure we have a correct forwarding address for the final bill. After the final bill is paid in full bringing the account balance to $0.00, if there is a security deposit that was not previously returned or applied to the account, it will be returned to the same forwarding address.
