Application to Purchase a Residential Water Meter
Effective July 1, 2023, purchasing a residential water meter just got easier. To apply for a new meter, please click here and submit your request electronically and then complete and FAX your credit/debit card or electronic check payment authorization form. A $5.00 application processing fee will be charged for each location.
If you prefer to download and print your application for mailing or in-person submission, please click here and mail/overnight with a check.
If you are currently on a well and would like to connect to HCWA service, please contact our office at 678-583-2465 or email us at msales@hcwa.com to verify if water lines are available in your area prior to completing the application.
